To be eligible for a return, your instrument must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original sealed factory packaging.Damaged or Defective Items:Since we ship high-tech electronics, we take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at support@smartguitarstore.com with photos or a short video of the issue. We will arrange a 100% Free Replacement or a Full Refund right away.Refund Process:Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.
